TERM 1:

TERM 1: I acknowledge that I am responsible for the training, instruction, as well as safety of the students in my care (i.e. those assigned to my on-campus/online group roster) during work hours. Therefore, I will physically remain and/or virtually remain (i.e. during an online session) with the students at all times, unless relieved (with a supervisor's permission) by another authorized VFBG personnel member

TERM 2:

I acknowledge that I am required to arrive to as well as leave work (i.e. on-campus or online) at the times scheduled by my supervisor, and am not permitted to work beyond the boundaries of those designated time without the authorization or request of a supervisor.

TERM 3:

I acknowledge that all Absences must be submitted in writing (via VFBG's Approved Reporting Methods) at least 48-hours in advance except in the event of a medical or physical emergency.

TERM 4:

I acknowledge that at all Tardies must be submitted in writing (via VFBG's Approved Reporting Methods) at least 30-Minutes in advance, except in the event of an automotive emergency (e.g. car accident).

TERM 5:

I acknowledge that I am required to comply with the school’s health and safety policies (i.e. drug, tobacco, alcohol, and weapons free-zone), which also includes compliance with their COVID policies on-campus and CDC guidelines off-campus.

TERM 6:

I acknowledge that I am not authorized to capture any likenesses or works of students (e.g. photos, videos, audio recordings, written content) without the written authorization of a supervisor.

TERM 7:

I acknowledge that this is a part-time employment position that does not included any benefits (i.e. health and wellness, dental, medical, vision, retirement).

I acknowledge that I am not authorized to contact (e.g. text, email, call, social media posts) any of the program's participants (i.e. students, guardians, vendors, suppliers, school liaisons) without written authorization from a supervisor.

I acknowledge that I am required to successfully undertake, complete (i.e. within the designated timeframe), and adhere to all trainings that VFBG mandates.

I acknowledge that I am required to acquire the company’s payroll department with any banking, financial, and/or account information that is directly related to payroll processing (e.g. paychecks, direct deposits, bonuses)

TERM 12:

I acknowledge that I am both required to and responsible for successfully undertaking, completing, and passing (i.e. within the designated timeframe) all background checks and verification measures that VFBG mandates. **Note: There are cases, where upon request and approval, VFBG may cover the initial expense of completing the required background checks, and then intermittently recoup the expense from a staff's payroll payouts (e.g. $25 every payroll payout until balance is satisfied).

TERM 13:

I acknowledge that I am required to report to work (e.g. program sessions, performances) wearing all the credentials (e.g. VFBG Vendor ID Badge) and uniforms (e.g. polo shirt and non-distressed khakis/jeans) that VFBG mandates. As such, failure to have these items prevents me from working (i.e. that day).

TERM 14:

I acknowledge that I am both required and responsible for renewing and/or replacing all VFBG mandated credentials as well as uniforms that get lost, damaged, or expires.
